I didn't go hiking yesterday. Just seemed too cold and dark (very overcast). Blaa. Plus I had so many aches and pains when I got up. Drank some Tapee tea. It works! Raining. Going to rain most of the day. I'll be doing indoor things today. Pay bills. Write the annual checks to charities. Practice piano. Crochet - I still have more small sized snowflakes that I want to make for the tree. Jump/step/jog/dance on the trampoline - I haven't done that much exercise lately. Gained another pound last month.
